Bio
Educational Highlights:
- B.S. Ed. in History - Central Connecticut State University
- M.A. in American Studies - Penn State University
Career Highlights: José currently serves as Director of Grant Programs at Chamber Music America. Feliciano is also principal of Be Intentive LLC, where he consults with nonprofits and creative entrepreneurs on strategy, operations, and program design. His background is in nonprofit administration and strategy, education, and community development with a focus on arts & culture. His career includes roles with the Hispanic Federation, Greater Hartford Arts Council, and CREC Impact Academy, where he served as a teacher and equity team leader.
Community service: José also serves on the Foundation's Audit and Grant Committees. From 2017 to 2023, he served on the Board of Directors of the arts education & youth development nonprofit INTEMPO, including four years as its Board Chair.
