Bio

Educational Highlights: Harry is a graduate of New Britain High School, Yale College, and Yale Law School. He was awarded an honorary Doctor of Law degree from Quinnipiac University.

Career Highlights: 

Harry is a long time member of the Connecticut Bar, having practiced in firms in New Britain and Hartford, as Assistant General Counsel and Vice President of Government Affairs at Connecticut General Life Insurance Company and CIGNA Corporation, Corporation Counsel for the City of New Britain, Legislative Commissioner for the State of Connecticut, Professor of Law at Quinnipiac Law School and as a commercial arbitrator and mediator. He was awarded Master Mediator status by the American Arbitration Association. He currently  serves as Distinguished Senior Fellow in the Center on Dispute Resolution at Quinnipiac University School of Law. 

Community Service: Harry has volunteered his time with many New Britain and Statewide nonprofits. This includes serving as chairman of the Hospital of Central Connecticut, the Central Connecticut State University Foundation, and the New Britain Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Currently Lives In: Kensington

Personal Note: Harry and his wife Janice have two daughters, Beth and Lynne, and two granddaughters.
