You can attach the documents in your Online application. We will also accept them by fax, mail, or hand delivered with the Attachments Submission Form. All attachments must be received or postmarked by the deadline.
- Student Aid Report (SAR) from FAFSA: This is the report that you receive after you complete your 2019-2020 FAFSA online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. This document is 5-10 pages long and can be downloaded from FAFSA. Note: you will need to refer to information on your SAR to complete the financial section of the online application.
- One Letter of recommendation: This should come from a teacher, guidance counselor, or other person who knows your academic and/or community service work well. The letter of recommendation can be addressed to the Scholarship Committee. The recommendation should refer to you by your student ID number, not by name. However, if your letter contains your name, we will manually blind it before it is seen by the committee.
NOTE: Make sure you give the person who you are asking for a recommendation plenty of time before it is due. You can never start planning too early! It is the student’s responsibility to be sure the letter is submitted on time.
- Transcripts: Copy of your current transcript which must include your Spring grades and cumulative GPA. Unofficial transcripts or printouts from your student portal will be accepted.
- Financial Aid Award: A copy of your Financial Aid Award for the coming year showing all grants, loans, work-study, or other aid you are being offered from your school. Printouts from your student portal will be accepted.
NOTE: It is OK if you will not receive this before the deadline, so long as all other attachments are submitted with the online application.
