Hours: 8 am - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday with some flexibility

The Helpdesk IT Intern will be expected to review helpdesk tickets that come in via email and by phone. This summer we will be transitioning to a new EMR system on July 1st so we expect an increase in helpdesk tickets regarding this transition. The responsibilities include:
The intern will work with the an IT technician who will assist in teaching them the required skills needed to sucessfully perform his/her duties.

Any student attempting to complete a computer related degree would be a great match.
