Capital Grants - To submit a Letter of Intent

The letter should not be more than 1-3 pages and should include the following:

• A project description, including a general statement of the need.
• Total project cost.
• Status of the project.
• An outline of the fundraising plan. Include a copy of any feasibility study.
• Anticipated amount of request to the Foundation (optional).
• Limited number of attachments, if necessary.
• No video tapes please.

Ineligible For Funding

• Religious institutions, unless the program benefits the community at large
• Individuals
• Organizations with the IRS Private Foundation designation
• Political activities
